Area description

This villa is located in the small picturesque village of Golas, only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful jewel of Rovinj, one of the 'most photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean is the former fishing and today tourist town. The entire coast around Rovinj, along with twenty-two islands, is a protected natural heritage. Church of St. Euphemia is one of the biggest landmarks of the city and the most imposing structure which bears the name of the patron saint of the town. It dominates the whole old town center.
Golden Cape Forest Park, one of the most beautiful landscapes of western Istria, is situated only 17 km away from the property. It was designated a protected area in 1948, and a forest park in 1961, and still has that status today.
Some twenty minutes’ drive north of Rovinj-Rovigno lies a flooded canyon valley - Lim Channel, also known as Lim Bay or Lim Fjord.

2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
