Faturi Villas are situated in a village of Faturi - Kringa, close to a small town of Tinjan best known for his stone dry walls and Istrian smoked ham. The tradition of the production of superb smoked ham is nowadays in Tinjan area preserved by numerous registered smoked ham manufactures and in 2006 Tinjan proclaimed itself the Municipality of Istrian smoked ham. The nearest beach is in Poreč 22 km away from the property. Market, coffee bar and restaurant are located within 8 km from Faturi Villas.

Beach is 22 km away while the nearest restaurant,market or caffe bar are in the area of 8 km from the house. Ferry port is 40 km away and the nearest airport is Pula, 47 km away.
The newly opened Adrenaline park Kringa offers a short track at 1,5 - 2 meters height, a long track at 5 - 6 meters height, 4 zip lines and is only 3 km away.

On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a balcony and a bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin and a bathtub. The private pool is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a sitting area. Villa Irinea with pool is located in the small village of Faturi in central Istria and can accommodate up to 4 people. This beautiful Villa offer a spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen gives the feeling of open space and offers a wonderful view of the pool and terrace. The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and other with bath. The pool is private and is equipped with outdoor shower, deckchairs, umbrellas and BBQ area. Free private parking is available to guests, and your pets are welcome with surcharge.
