The villas are set in a village Radetici, close to a small town of Tinjan best known for his stone dry walls and Istrian smoked ham. The tradition of the production of superb smoked ham is nowadays in Tinjan area preserved by numerous registered smoked ham manufactures and in 2006 Tinjan proclaimed itself the Municipality of Istrian smoked ham. The villas are set just over 22 km from the nearest beach in Porec or just 26 minutes by car. The nearest restaurant, supermarket or bank are located only 5 km away.

The newly opened Adrenaline park Kringa offers a short track at 1,5 - 2 meters height, a long track at 5 - 6 meters height, 4 zip lines and is only 4,3 km away.

B1 Villa is beautifully restored traditional Istrian house with an outdoor pool. It can accommodate up to 6 people. This 66 m2 designer villa is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 6 persons. The villa has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the 1st floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, SAT TV and a fire place, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area large enough for the entire group to spend quality time together. Washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board are at guests disposal. There is also an outdoor dining area with a grill. The living room has a direct access to the swimming pool. Private pool of 6 m2 is completely enclosed and situated next to an enclosed terrace and dining area. An outdoor shower is also available. Private parking is available free of charge.

This stunning B2 designer villa is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 12 persons. It consists out of the main building where 10 people can be accommodated and an adjoining building for 2 people. The main building has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the 4th bedroom with a bathtub and en suite bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, DVD, stereo system and a fire place, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area large enough for the entire group to spend quality time together. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board are at guests disposal. There is also an outdoor dining area with a grill. The living room has a direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Pool towels are provided.
