Poreč is a town and municipality on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, in Istria County, Croatia. Its major landmark is the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica, which was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. The town is almost 2,000 years old, and is set around a harbor protected from the sea by the small island of Sveti Nikola/San Nicola (Saint Nicholas).
Špadići is part of the town where a lot of beaches are situated, with many hotels and villages, restaurants, markets, coffee bars and tourist points. Historic center of Poreč is 3 km away. Nearest airport is in Pula, 50 km away.

Water park Aquacolors, a place where both the young and old can safely enjoy adrenaline-rush activities, is located two km south of Poreč, in the direction of Funtana and Vrsar, in the vicinity of Zelena Laguna (Green Lagoon) - fun place for the entire family, only 6.4 km away from the property.
The Višnjan Observatory is located 16km from Poreč in the village of Tičan. The number of asteroids it has discovered makes it one of the twelve most productive observatories of all time.
