Buzet is situated in the very north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historic core, dating from the Middle Ages lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river – the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber.
This part of Istria is well known for climbing in "Buzetski kanjon" and for the numerous hiking trails, one of the most famous ones is the trail of 7 waterfalls that sets of only 750 meters from Casa Valla.

The Istrian thermal resort "Istarske toplice" is situated only 10 km from the property and is settled in the untouched nature outside the city where greenery, quiet and peace offer a particular atmosphere for the perfect repose.

The house is located in a secluded area and has no neighbour so you can enjoy your privacy. Also from the beautiful pool you can enjoy the view surrounded by nature. The house is equipped with modern-rustic furnishings. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with a shower, living room and a kitchen. Kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, oven, toaster, kettle and an access to the garden.
